Transcript Ordering
Official transcripts will not be released if there is an outstanding financial obligation to SEARK.
SEARK offers several ways to request a transcript.
Southeast Arkansas College has contracted with the National Student Clearinghouse to process online transcript requests and electronic delivery of transcripts to the location of your choice. You can track the processing of your electronic transcript request online and receive email or text message status updates. You can request to have your transcript sent now, which reflects your current grades as of the day you make the request. Or, you can request to have your transcript held until the end of the term for degrees and/or grades.
Electronic (PDF Transcript)
Official transcripts can be sent electronically through a secure means to institutions and individuals (including yourself) via the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), our third-party provider. There is a $5.00 fee, payable to NSC by credit card. A physical address and a valid email address are required.
U.S. Mail delivery
Official paper transcripts can be mailed to the address specified in the online request via the National Student Clearinghouse. There is a $7.40 fee per transcript request, payable by credit card. Once the request is received, the transcript will be processed and mailed in 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery by the United States Postal Service.
Pick-up in the Registrar’s Office
Official paper transcripts can be requested and picked up in person in the Registrar’s Office, at no charge. A picture ID is required for pick up. A third party authorized to pick up a transcript must bring a signed release statement to the Registrar’s Office from the student stating "I, (student's name), give permission for (authorized party) to pick up my transcript on (date)."
The Registrar’s Office is in room 145 of the Student Services Building.
Telephone or email requests for transcripts are not accepted.
Current students can view and print an unofficial transcript through the student portal.
