Federal TRIO Program
Are you planning to graduate from SEARK or transfer to a 4-year college and want the support that will help you succeed? If so, you need to know abut Trio Student Support Services!
Limited Time TRIO Survey!
The following survey is designed to help us determine the eligibility of Southeast Arkansas Community College students for support services funded by federal grants. When you answer these questions, you put your college a step closer to creating a stronger, more supportive network of services to help you achieve your academic goals.
What is TRIO Student Support Services (SSS)?
TRIO SSS is a community of support and free services for students. We provide each of our students with resources and guidance to encourage the successful completion of a certificate or degree and beyond.
What can TRIO SSS do for me?
The dedicated and caring staff at SSS can provide you with personal one-on-one support through individualized academic advising, course selection, financial aid assistance, tutoring and workshops to enhance personal development and academic progress. We also specialize in transfer advising, helping you to plan to attend a 4-year college upon your graduation from SEARK. We travel with our students to several 4-year campuses and host an annual cultural experience trip as well. All services are free for eligible students.
