Information Technology and the IT Helpdesk supports the campus community by providing technical resources and technical assistance to support the mission of SEARK College. The department manages the college’s labs, network (LAN and wireless), servers, software, and helpdesk.

Help Desk hours of operation are: 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.,Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday (except holidays and campus closing).
