CDL
Supply Chain Management prepares students to manage and coordinate all logistical functions in an enterprise. Students will receive a fundamental introduction to the field of Supply Chain Management in conjunction with basic business technology success skills, ranging from acquisitions to receiving and handling, through the internal allocation of resources to operations units, to the handling and delivery of output. This program includes instruction in acquisitions and purchasing, inventory control, resource estimation and allocation, and budgeting.

Students must complete the following prior to starting the program:
1. Review CDL Checklist
2. Application (PDF) (can be emailed or picked up, must be completed in full)
3. Authorization to Obtain Information (PDF) form must be filled out (can be emailed or picked up)
4. Complete financial aid
5. CDL permit packet: Students will need the $50.00 fee, an original birth certificate (can be obtained at Health Dept), and a valid driver’s license to get the packet. Students must complete the permit test before entering the CDL program. The packet can be obtained at the following locations:

5. Complete the Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug test and obtain passing results. Both can be taken at the following locations:

Cost: DOT Physical $112.00 and 5 Panel Drug Screen $68.00 = $180.00

- If you have a diagnosis of things such as diabetes, sleep apnea, or take certain medicines for pain management you will need to take a medical record for the past year with you. Please call the provider and ask them ahead of time what is needed.
6. Book cost for CDL program is the following (after entering the program)
- Cengage 1 semester: $155.00 includes tax.
7. Tuition and Fees
- Cost: $3797.00
- Financial aid may cover the costs for qualifying students. To find out if you are eligible, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.gov
