Customized Training on Demand, Contract Training

Does your company need specific training for a group of employees? SEARK College Workforce Development Center can create specific, tailored contract training to meet the unique needs of your organization and deliver outcomes that increase efficiency, safety and productivity.

Many customized training programs may be eligible for partial reimbursement utilizing the Existing Workers Training Program (EWTP) through the Arkansas Economic Development Commission (AEDC).

Computer Applications & Usage

Child Development Associate (CDA)

The Child Development Associate (CDA) is an on-line course providing the student with a broad knowledge base to design programs for children from birth to age five. Applicants need a computer with high speed internet access. All applicants must either be currently working in childcare or have access to the opportunity to fulfill course assignments in a childcare setting. Class begins with an Orientation and continues seven months.
