Withdrawal

Withdrawing from a Concurrent Credit Class

Sometimes you have to change you schedule at school or you simply don’t like the class. You will need to withdraw from the course. Not going to school does not equal withdrawing from class.

The deadline to withdraw from a class is typically two weeks prior to the end of semester. If you do not withdraw and you have a failing grade, you will get that “F”. Remember, a “W” is better because it is not calculated in your gpa.

Your instructor or your school counselor must email the Concurrent Credit Coordinator at SEARK to initiate the withdrawal process and submit the signed withdrawal form. They will know who this person is at the College.

Your instructor will assist you in filling out the withdrawal form which can be downloaded from the link below.
